There aren’t many musicians around who studied astrophysics,but Ross Tones, who records as Throwing Snow is no ordinary musician.
His fourth album, Dragons, out in the summer, is an electronic dream, fusing past and present liminal spaces. It’s been described as, “a work that occupies the space between science and ancestral wisdom”.
The result is music for the head as well as dancefloor, beats with textures and sounds which haunt your subconscious mind. Here is the stunning new video.
